Longer lives are one of humanity’s greatest achievements, but not everyone enjoys healthy living as they age. We can change this by adopting the Healthy Aging 2030 platform. It’s time to collaborate and ensure that everyone can make the most of their later years — for current and future generations- regardless of where they live.

LJ moved ahead of Johnny to take his place, leading the Bumble Bee Bicycle Club along the southern rim of the Grand Canyon. The view of the Canyon was breathtaking, with its vibrant red, orange, and brown layers contrasting against the cloudless, deep blue sky. The weather was perfect and a comfortable, 77 degrees. The club pedaled through flat stretches and gentle inclines, surrounded by pinon pine and juniper trees. LJ raised his hand, signaling to slow down as they entered Yaki Point, where they would have lunch.

“The ride is amazing, but I’m so hungry right now,” declared Johnny. “How can I help with lunch? “

Natasha handed him a blanket. “You can spread this out so I can unpack our food.

“Let me help with that,” LJ said. “I’m hungry, too.”

Johnny handed LJ one end of the blanket, and they began to unfold it. “LJ, have you heard of the Healthy Aging 2030 philosophy?”
